  • Workflow Mapping

Workflow mapping, a key business continuity task, answers the question: what happens before, during, and after each task and how do the various workflows interact?

  • Lay the groundwork for future AI deployment by standardizing procedures.

    Procedure Writing

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) capture the specific steps that bring your workflows to life.

Accurate, up-to-date SOPs improve consistency, reduce errors, and strengthen team performance. They also lay the groundwork for future AI integration by standardizing how work gets done.

  • AI Training Workshop

AI tools aren’t difficult to use, but setting aside time to learn how and when to implement them can seem impossible.

‍ New thinking patterns and repeatable habits enable teams to make AI a natural part of how they work.

From camping to Consulting

My Consulting Journey

I retired from the financial industry in March 2023. Seven months later, my husband and I moved to Nashville - living out of our 16.6-foot No Boundaries camper for two months while waiting for our apartment to be ready.

Cold-weather camping, the glow of a warm campfire nearly every night, and the daily dance of squeezing past each other in a tiny space. Ah, yes. It was the right adventure for two Baby Boomers not yet ready for tropical beaches.

But some of us feel called to stay engaged in today’s AI-integrated work world. I’m one of them. So I’ve traded retirement for the adventure of helping organizations obtain operational intelligence by:

  • Mapping workflows to understand what happens before, during, and after each task and how various workflows interact.

  • Standardizing procedures to eliminate gaps, redundancies, and errors.

  • Providing workshops to help teams integrate AI tools in their daily work.
